Raz-kids is a subscription-based online leveled book library which provides hundreds of books and multiple different reading levels.

ESL Literacy Readers were written by ESL literacy instructors at Bow Valley College specifically with adult ESL literacy learners in mind.

Changing Lanes: English as a Second Language Reading Series are a seven book series of readers aimed at adult English as a Second Language (ESL) learners.  They are downloable through the online Copian Library (formerly the National Adult Literacy Database), where you simply need to type "changing lanes" into the search box.

UDL Editions by CAST are a collection of free books designed to show how the principles of universal design can be applied to digital books.

High Point language arts and literacy series by National Geographic Learning.


RIGOR: Reading Instructional Goals for Older Readers is a very comprehensive (and expensive) literacy program designed specifically for older ELL students in the U.S.
